Our Cancellation Policy

At D&D Electric, Co., we strive to provide excellent service. This policy explains how clients can cancel their scheduled services and any associated terms.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled services by contacting us via email at info@dandelectric.com or by phone at +1 574-276-6839.

2. Notice Period

To avoid any fees, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation Fees

If a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost may apply. Emergency or same-day services may incur higher fees.

4. Refunds

Any payments made for cancelled services will be refunded according to the terms above. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to reschedule services instead of cancelling when possible. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and may not incur additional fees if rescheduled in advance.
